Physicians/Financial Responsibility; provides additional licensure requirements for professional liability insurance coverage, escrow account, & irrevocable letter of credit; provides for submittal, to DOH, by physician or osteopathic physician of sworn statement & documentation re liability insurance coverage, escrow account, or letter of credit; provides exemption for certain physicians or osteopathic physicians for payment to judgment creditor, etc. Amends 458.320, 459.0085.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
