GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Baker ; Posey ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Haridopolos ; Wise ; Alexander ; Saunders

Emergency Management Powers/Governor; provides construction re authority of Governor to seize, take, or confiscate firearms in event of emergency beyond local control; provides construction re seizure, taking, or confiscation of firearms during state of emergency; reenacts certain provision for purpose of incorporating amendment in reference thereto, etc. Amends 252.36, 870.044; reenacts 377.703(3)(a).
