Health Care Practitioners/License; provides legislative findings & intent; amends provision re grounds for discipline, penalties, & enforcement applicable to health care practitioners; provides that practitioner's failure to identify type of license under which he or she is practicing constitutes grounds for disciplinary action; provides exceptions; authorizes certain entities to determine compliance with disclosure requirement; provides penalties, etc. Amends 456.072.
