Ad Val Tax/Just Value/Eminent Domain; constitutional amendment to provide for assessing at less than just value replacement homestead property of person whose previous homestead property was taken through eminent domain if claim of homestead exemption on replacement property is made within specified time, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
