SB 616: Juveniles/Parole
GENERAL BILL by Geller
Juveniles/Parole; provides that child younger than specified age who is sentenced to life or more than 10 years in prison is eligible for parole if child has been incarcerated for minimum period & has not previously been adjudicated for certain offenses; requires that child be incarcerated in youthful-offender facility; provides for review of child's eligibility for parole by Parole Commission, etc. Amends 985.225.
