GENERAL BILL by Hasner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sansom ; Waters
Warranty Associations; prohibits motor vehicle service agreement company from investing or lending company funds for specified purposes; prohibits home warranty association from investing or lending association funds for specified purposes; specifies additional requirement for contractual liability insurance purchased by home warranty association; specifies cancellation requirements for home warranty contracts, etc. Amends Ch. 634; creates 634.042,.3076,.4062; repeals 634.345.
