JOINT RESOLUTION by Gottlieb ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg ; Bucher

Oil & Natural Gas/Drilling; constitutional amendment to provide that drilling or exploration for oil or natural gas shall be prohibited within sovereignty submerged lands & within 200 miles waterward of coastline to maximum extent allowed by United States or international law & to direct Legislature to enact legislation enforcing this provision. Amends s. 7, Art. II.
