Residential Tenancies/Violence; provides definitions; provides for early termination of lease if victim of domestic violence, sexual violence, dating violence, or repeat violence elects to leave residential rental property under certain circumstances; provides effect of such termination; prescribes responsibilities of parties; provides landlord's rights under such termination; provides that rights of victim may not be waived or modified. Creates 83.683.
