SB 674: Licensing Pet Dealers

GENERAL BILL by Bullard

Licensing Pet Dealers; prohibits person from operating as pet dealer unless person holds license issued by DOACS; requires person to file application for pet dealer license on form supplied by dept.; requires each pet dealer to conspicuously display license on premises where animals are kept for sale; requires dept. to inspect each facility of pet dealer at least annually; requires that delegation of authority be evidenced by written agreement, etc.
