Prescription Drugs/Sale/Distribution; requires DOH to approve document or electronic form re pedigree papers; provides that drug is adulterated if it is certain prescription drug that has been returned by veterinarian to limited prescription drug veterinary wholesaler; requires limited prescription drug veterinary wholesaler to obtain permit for operation from DOH; provides for emergency suspension of permittee if charged with specified violations, etc. Amends Ch. 499.
