GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Baker ; Bennett ; Sebesta ; Lynn
Secondhand Dealers; exempts persons or entities offering secondhand goods or personal property for sale, purchase, consignment, or trade via Internet from provisions of Secondhand Dealers & Secondary Metals Recyclers under certain circumstances; exempts certain businesses that sell, rent, or trade motion picture videos or video games from such provisions; revises provisions re holding of goods upon probable cause that goods are stolen, etc. Amends FS.
