Long-Term Care Facilities/OGSR; reorganizes & clarifies exemptions to public meetings & public records laws for reports to risk manager & administrator of certain long-term care facilities & for meetings, & records pertaining thereto, of internal risk management & quality assurance committees of such facilities; abrogates repeal of that section. Amends 400.119.
