Agricultural Records/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public-records requirements provided for individual agricultural records of processes, methods of production, & costs which are not otherwise public records & which are reported to DOACS; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions providing for repeal of exemption. Amends 403.067.
