Economic Development Agency/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for information held by said agency concerning plans, intentions, or interests of private corporation, partnership, or person to locate, relocate, or expand any of its business activities in this state; reorganizes provisions; makes editorial changes; removes superfluous provisions; removes scheduled expiration of exemption under OGSR Act. Amends 288.075.
