Emergency Mgmt. Plans/Hospitals/OGSR; amends provision re exemptions from public-records requirements provided for portions of comprehensive emergency management plans which address hospital's response to terrorism & exemption from public-meetings requirements provided for public meetings which would reveal emergency management plan that is exempt from disclosure; saves exemptions from repeal under OGSR Act, etc. Amends 395.1056.
