Emergency Mgmt. Plans/Hospitals/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for those portions of comprehensive emergency management plan that address response of public or private hospital to act of terrorism & which provides exemption from public meetings requirements for that portion of public meeting which would reveal information contained in said plan that addresses response of hospital to act of terrorism, etc. Amends 395.1056.
