SPB 7026: Homestead Property
PROPOSED BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations
Homestead Property; provides conditions under which changes, additions, or improvements that replace all or portion of homestead property damaged or destroyed by misfortune or calamity shall not be assessed at just value; provides for assessment of replaced homestead property; provides conditions under which said property is uninhabitable on January 1 after damage or destruction occurs may be granted homestead exemption, etc. Amends 193.155, 196.031.
