Long-term Care Facilities/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemptions from public records requirements for specified reports & notifications re long-term care facilities licensed under specified provisions, & which provides exemption from public meeting requirements for meetings of internal risk management & quality assurance committee of such facility & exemption from public records requirements for records of such meetings, etc. Amends 400.119.
