Motor Vehicle Crashes/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public-records requirements provided for written reports of motor vehicle crashes which are forwarded to HSMV or to traffic records center; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions providing for repeal of exemption. Amends 316.066.
