Elderly Affairs/Health Info./OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information in record held by Elderly Affairs Dept. re individual's health or eligibility for or receipt of health-related, elder care, or long-term care services; makes editorial changes; removes superfluous language; removes scheduled repeal of exemption. Amends 430.105.
