Public Records & Meetings/AHCA/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from said records requirements for rebate amount, percent of rebate, manufacturer's pricing, supplemental rebate, & other trade secrets held by AHCA relative to preferred drug list established by AHCA & exemption from public meetings requirements for that portion of meeting of Medicaid Pharmaceutical & Therapeutics Comm. at which rebates, pricing, or other trade secrets are discussed, etc. Amends Ch. 409.
