Tobacco Settlement Agreement/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for proprietary confidential business info. received by Governor, Attorney General, or outside counsel representing State of Fla. in negotiations for settlement payments pursuant to settlement agreement in case of State of Fla. et al. v. American Tobacco Co. et al., or received by CFO or Auditor General for any purpose re verifying settlement payments, etc. Amends 569.215.
