Surplus Lines Insurance/OGSR; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for information furnished to Financial Services Dept. by surplus lines agents, information contained in records of surplus lines agents subject to examination by dept., & information furnished to Fla. Surplus Lines Service Office under Surplus Lines Law; makes editorial changes; removes superfluous language; removes scheduled repeal of exemption. Amends 626.921.
