Deferred Presentment Providers/OGSR; amends specified provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for information that identifies drawer or deferred presentment provider contained in database for said providers maintained by Financial Regulation Office of Financial Services Commission; makes clarifying & editorial changes; removes superfluous language; removes scheduled repeal of exemption. Amends 560.4041.
