PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
Financial Regulation Office/OGSR; provides public-records exemption for information contained in database by said office for deferred presentment providers which identifies or is specific to particular drawer or said provider; authorizes court to order access to such information upon showing of good cause; provides for future review & repeal of exemption under OGSR Act; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 560.4041.
