PROPOSED BILL by Judiciary
Wrongful Incarceration Compensation; creates Wrongful Incarceration Compensation Act; requires courts to determine whether certain persons are wrongfully incarcerated persons; authorizes compensation for said persons; provides procedures by which said person may apply to Attorney General for compensation; authorizes lawsuits against state for determination of compensation; provides restrictions on use of compensation, etc. Creates 961.01.-05.
