PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
Motor Vehicle Insurance; reorganizes provisions re personal injury protection benefits under Fla. Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law for purpose of clarifying its meaning & intent & for purpose of better comprehension; provides that self-employed injured person or injured person owning 25 percent or more interest in employer offer proof of income & lost wages to insurers as condition precedent for payment; abrogates repeal of provisions re said law, etc. Amends 627.732,.736.
