Motor Vehicle Insurance; specifies information to be included in crash report; provides additional circumstance re insurance crimes for mandatory revocation of person's driver's license; prohibits scheming to create documentation of motor vehicle crash that did not occur; provides criminal penalty; abrogates repeal of provisions pertaining to Fla. Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, etc. Amends 316.068, 322.26, 817.234,.2361; abrogates repeal of 627.730-.7405. APPROPRIATION: $1,089,452.
