Interference with Custody/OGSR; expands public records exemption for specified info. contained in report made to sheriff or state attorney as part of statutory exception to offense of interference with custody; provides that address & telephone number of minor or incompetent person contained in such report is confidential & exempt from public records requirements; provides exception to exemption; provides for review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 787.03.
