GENERAL BILL by Future of Florida's Families Committee ; Galvano

Child Protective Services; provides rulemaking authority to DCFS to provide certain information in child's case plan to physical custodians & family services counselors under certain circumstances; requires dept. to conduct criminal history records checks of persons being considered as prospective foster parents; provides circumstances under which parental rights may be terminated & child's out-of-home placement may become permanent, etc. Amends FS.
