GENERAL BILL by Environmental Regulation Committee ; Needelman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Kendrick ; Peterman

Brownfields/Redevelopment; increases amount & percentage of credit that may be applied against intangible personal property tax & corporate income tax for cost of voluntary cleanup of contaminated site; requires Enterprise Florida, Inc., to aggressively market brownfields; provides that repeal of certain provisions re tax on intangible personal property prevails over any amendment to such provisions contained in this act, etc. Amends FS.
