Drug Testing/DOC Employees; authorizes DOC to develop program for testing employees who are in safety-sensitive & special risk positions for certain controlled substances based upon reasonable suspicion; provides for reasonable suspicion to include violent acts or behavior of employee while on or off duty; requires the dept. to adopt rules. Amends 944.474.
