Citrus Disease Management; revises criteria for agricultural lands taken out of production by any state or federal eradication or quarantine program; requires DOACS to implement citrus health plan for certain purposes; eliminates authority of DOACS to remove & destroy certain citrus trees; provides for preemption to state to regulate removal & destruction of certain citrus plants; requires dept. to relocate certain trees to certain locations, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
