Juvenile Justice Pilot Program; creates said program that authorizes specified courts to select commitment programs for juvenile delinquents; requires DJJ to develop implementation procedures & to publish specified information about commitment programs on its website; provides procedures for selection of commitment programs by courts; requires evaluation & reports by OPPAGA; specifies dept. & court responsibilities re reports, provides for future repeal, etc.
