Information & Technology Management; revises duties of Legislative Budget Commission to remove review of agency plans for consistency with State Annual Report on Enterprise Resource Planning & Management & policies adopted by State Technology Office; establishes Technology Program in DMS; provides powers, duties, & functions of DMS for operating statewide communications system; creates position of State Chief Information Officer in DMS, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $750,000.
