JOINT RESOLUTION by Simmons

Class Size Requirements; constitutional amendment to revise class size requirements & their date of implementation to provide that they shall be based on school district average number of students who are assigned to teacher in specified grades; to specify maximum number of students in any one class; to provide that, in addition to amounts appropriated to meet revised class size requirements, Legislature shall appropriate separate amount, etc. Amends s. 1, Art. IX.
