PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Commerce and Consumer Services

Public Records Exemption/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public-records requirements provided for information held by specified office, authorities, corporation, agencies or other business entity authorized by state, municipality or county to promote certain business interests; restates applicability of provisions re trade secrets; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions providing for repeal of exemption, etc. Amends 288.075.
