Sheriff's Office/Polk County; amends special act, as amended, to exclude certain positions from classified service of Sheriff's Office of Polk Co.; removes legislative intent; revises names of units & titles of persons in said office; revises terminology; revises effective date of appointments to personnel board; reduces term of chairperson of board; specifies office & departments from which members are elected to Members Nominating Committee, etc.
