Relief/Amie Draiemann Stephenson/DOT; provides for relief of Amie Draiemann Stephenson, individually, & as Personal Representative of Estate of Christian Darby Stephenson, deceased, & for relief of Hailey Morgan Stephenson & Christian Darby Stephenson, II, as surviving minor children of decedent; compensates them for wrongful death of Christian Darby Stephenson, which was due in part to negligence of DOT. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,092,040.
