GENERAL BILL by Geller
Motor Vehicles/Changing Lanes; prohibits driving outside of authorized lanes or within pavement markings or traffic control devices except where explicitly permitted; provides exceptions; prohibits vehicle from entering certain queues of slow-moving traffic; provides penalty. Amends 316.085.
