Physician Assistants/Discipline; places physician assistant on probable cause panels of Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine considering discipline of said assistants; provides that certain rulemaking provisions are not required to implement specified probable cause panel provisions. Amends 458.331, 459.015.
