GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facilities; provides definition; requires AHCA to implement program & develop criteria for designation as licensed pediatric skilled nursing facility; requires that certain affiliations be established & provides purposes thereof; provides criteria for nursing home to qualify as said facility; prohibits expenditure of certain funds for certain purposes.
