Code of Ethics/Public Officers; revises definitions of terms "agency" & "corruptly"; applies provisions of code which prohibit doing business with one's agency, prohibit conflicting employment or contractual relationships, & limit permissible representations following termination of office or employment to officers & employees of quasi-public entities; provides for management of certain financial interests by member of Cabinet, etc. Amends 112.312,.313,.317,.324.
