Emergency Management; specifies additional agencies required to provide registration information to special needs clients & persons with disabilities or special needs who receive services from such agencies for purposes of inclusion within registry of persons with special needs maintained by local emergency management agencies; provides for operation, maintenance, & closure of special needs shelters, etc. Amends Ch. 252, 381.0303, 400.492, 408.831; creates 252.357.
