Emergency Management; specifies additional entities & agencies that are required to provide registration information to persons with special needs for purposes of inclusion within registry of persons with special needs maintained by local emergency management agencies; provides criteria for retrofitting of public hurricane evacuation shelter, etc. Amends Chs. 252, 400, 381.0303, 408.831. APPROPRIATION: $31,500,955.
