GENERAL BILL by Communications and Public Utilities ; Constantine

Florida Energy Commission; creates said commission, which is located within Office of Legislative Services for administrative purposes; provides for membership of commission, appointment, terms of office, & qualifications of members; requires that commission develop policy recommendations concerning specified issues which are based on specified guidelines; requires report to Governor, Cabinet, & Legislature re reduction of greenhouse gasses in state, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
