Local Occupational License Taxes; updates provisions authorizing reclassification & new rate structure revisions to local occupational license taxes by ordinance; deletes counties from such authorization provisions; authorizes decreasing local occupational license tax rates; provides construction re decreasing or repealing such taxes. Amends 205.0535.
