Paralegal Profession Act; creates said act re regulation of paralegals; provides legislative intent; provides educational requirements for qualification as paralegal; provides continuing education requirements; provides for paralegal code of ethics & professional responsibility; provides for reciprocity; provides penalties; establishes Paralegal Regulation Board; provides for severability, etc. Creates 454.37-.48; amends 57.104, 744.108.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
