GENERAL BILL by Fasano
HMOs/Fiscal Intermediary Services; redefines term "fiscal intermediary services organization"; expands requirement that HMO remains responsible for violations of certain statutory requirements if organization transfers to any entity obligations to pay any provider for claims arising from services to subscribers of organization; amends provision re regulation of insurance administrators; conforms provisions to changes made by act. Amends 641.316,.234, 626.88.
