Mature Drivers Act; creates said act; revises age requirements for issuance of driver licenses; amends specified provisions re reporting of licensed driver's or applicant's mental or physical disability to drive or need to obtain or wear medical identification bracelet & restriction of driving privilege of person who has accumulated six or more points within 12-month period; revises age requirements for issuance of learner's driver licenses, etc. Amends Ch. 322.
